CONSTRUCTION
CONSULTING
As part of our comprehensive management services, we provide a consultancy service for clients who are developing a project or who do not require a full project management / construction management service. Our consultancy identifies the client’s specific business needs and manages the issues to be resolved before the project can be developed further. This allows the benefits of early planning and management input without the need for long-term commitments.

LEED / GREEN BUILDING
CONSULTING SERVICES
At Carlyle we assist our clients in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assessment, implementation and certification of their project.
LEED Green Building Rating System™ encourages and accelerates the worldwide use of sustainable green building and development practices through outlining and implementation of specific tools and performance criteria. These criterions can be met on new construction or existing buildings to meet the LEED green energy standards.
LEED allows building owners and operators to have an immediate and measurable impact on not only their buildings’ performance but also the environment as well, ultimately saving money in the process.
LEED does not just mean installing green energy products, but rather approaches the design in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
Carlyle offers green building consulting services that cover every stage of the sustainable design and construction process including:
Leed project administration

PROJECT INFORMATION SYSTEMS DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

We can also support your selection of an external Application Service Provider for a virtual project office or guide you in setting up your own in-house hosting capability.
SCHEDULING SERVICES
Carlyle specializes in providing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, project controls, Resources and cost loading for all type of projects. Carlyle utilizes standard industry scheduling methods and software to develop, monitor, and report the progression of construction projects such that our clients are informed quickly and accurately of project events, potential problems, and corrective actions.
Effective scheduling is imperative to the success of any project. Carlyle’s scheduling experts will apply years of project management experience throughout a variety of industries to assist with setting up baseline project schedules and providing recurring reviews and updates as the project progresses to allow you to make informed decisions and ensure your project comes as well as enhancing your ability to take corrective action in case of delays. CLAIMS PREPARATION & ANALYSIS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LITIGATION SUPPORT SERVICES
Carlyle Development Services prepares and analyzes construction claims and disputes for construction and engineering projects throughout the world. We assist our clients in all construction industries by identifying, analyzing, quantifying, and presenting construction claims that may arise during the project.
Claims are unfortunate but are part of every project; Carlyle is equipped to provide ongoing support in assessing or validating a party’s entitlement and quantification of damages to promote resolution. By analyzing the construction contract and the parties’ performance throughout the construction duration, Carlyle can identify liability, quantify damages, and assist in resolving the dispute in a timely and cost effective manner.
Carlyle also provides expert litigation services in a variety of capacities.
