Kevin Jennings has 20 years of experience in the general contracting and construction management industry, focused on the management and oversight of construction projects. His background includes extensive experience in the areas of scheduling, logistics, phasing and claims. All of Mr. Jennings’ construction experience has been with firms whose primary revenue was made by bidding and building. Mr. Jennings is an expert in the development, implementation and analysis of computerized critical path method (CPM) schedules on a multitude of project types including:

Due to his knowledge and insight he has been involved in an additional 20 billion dollars worth of projects during the proposal stage and has been involved in over 50 presentations to prospective clients. He has also been involved in the development and presentation of construction claims totaling about 80 million dollars.

In 1989, Mr. Jennings received a Bachelor of Science in General Studies, at Post College, Waterbury, CT.

In 1986, Mr. Jennings received an AS in Civil Engineering Technology, at Norwalk State Technical College, Norwalk, CT.
