A 480,000 SF ground up luxury condominiums in the heart of Williamsburg. A total of 216 unitsincluding duplexes and spacious Townhomes. Project included 100 parking spaces, welllandscape courtyard and 55 foot pool as well as generous amenities spaces.

150,000 SF Class "A" Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) facility including 3-story of indoorparking. Providing multi-specialty physician practices delivering comprehensive, communitybasedcare in East NY. Building has a cast in place concrete superstructure and an elaboratecurtainwall design.

Owner’s Representative assisting with full demolition of existing building and ground upconstruction of 18-story, 56,000 SF, 135 key Choice hotel featuring meeting rooms and aground floor bistro-style restaurant with outdoor seating. This is Choice’s 2nd Cambria Suitebrand in NYC.

Beekman Tower Hotel, New York, NY
27-story Art Deco landmark, Renovation project: Convert / reconfigure 1BR's to create 52 newguestrooms / reduce suites by 20...total new key count of 206 (+32 keys). Improve arrivalexperience (curbside), enlarge lobby with lounge and grand stair to 2nd floor, keep smallmeeting room at lobby level; destination F&B / star chef concept; create meeting rooms / prefunctionspace and new fitness center at 2nd floor; expand kitchen at 25th floor for top of thetower lounge. Total budget $33.5 million including base building, FFE, OSE and fees.
